By using the MasterBuilt Roofing website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms of Service. MasterBuilt Roofing is a DBA of Master Built General Contractors LLC.

Instant estimates and price ranges shown online are preliminary and based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site or satellite/drone inspection. Estimates are not a binding contract until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Deposits collected for scheduled projects are held in an FDIC-insured account, protected up to $250,000. Payment terms are set out in your project agreement.

Workmanship is backed by our lifetime warranty as described in your project agreement. Manufacturer material warranties are provided separately by the product manufacturer. Warranty coverage may require proper maintenance and is subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasterBuilt Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
